The Club M program is an exclusive membership club offering a variety of dining and accommodation benefits and discounts from the luxurious Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

As a Club M member, you are entitled to special benefits at the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai and the Grand Millennium Dubai throughout the membership year.

Terms of Usage

Your membership card and vouchers are valid for one year from purchase, until the expiry date shown on your card. Your card is for your own personal use and the membership card benefits are not transferable.

Your membership card cannot be used in conjunction with any other cards or special offers. Only one card per table at any time.
Vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated, only one voucher per party per table at any time.
Please note that all promotional offers are subject to availability and valid with prior reservation only.

24hour cancellation policy & penalty charges apply.
Discounts do not apply during certain holiday periods (i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter, Valentine’s Day etc). For detailed information as to the dates during which your membership benefits are restricted, please contact the participating hotel in which you wish to use your card.
The membership is nonrefundable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the member can transfer the membership to another person of his/her choice for a minimal administration cost. If transferred, membership will have the same expiration date as when first purchased. The membership card benefits are not transferable.
All vouchers are transferable.
On a regular basis, members will receive email communications to inform them of program benefits, special offers, activities and events.
Membership granting, membership extensions or termination of membership are at the sole discretion of Club M. Club M reserve the right to change, modify or amend the conditions of membership without prior notice. Signature and use of card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed.

Lost/Stolen Cards

The membership card is the responsibility of the member.

Lost/stolen cards should be reported to the club immediately and can be reissued against a minimum administration fee.

Lost vouchers are not replaceable or reissued.

Membership card

The membership card is the property of Club M. Membership Benefits will be extended only on presentation of a valid membership card. The card must be signed by the member prior to use.

Accommodation

Each member, upon presentation of their valid membership card, will receive a reduction from the hotel’s full accommodation rate at participating hotels.
