Usage

Your membership card may be used during breakfast, lunch and dinner as specified by the host hotel.

Terms

Your membership card and vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on your card. Your card is for your own personal use and the membership is not transferable.

Lost/Stolen

Membership cards are the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the membership card should be reported immediately to Club Grand M.

Conditions

Your membership card cannot be used in conjunction with any other cards or special offers. Membership benefits apply as determined and advised by each host hotel. For detailed information as to the dates during which your membership benefits are restricted, please contact the participating hotel in which you wish to use your card.
Membership granting, membership extensions or termination of membership are at the sole discretion of the Club Grand M. Club Grand M reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions of membership without prior notice. Signature and use of card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed.

Membership card

The membership card is the property of the Club Grand M. Membership benefits will be extended only on presentation of a valid membership card. The card must be signed by you, the member.

Accommodation

Each member, upon presentation of their valid membership card, will receive a reduction from the hotel’s full accommodation rate at participating hotels. Reservations are essential as accommodation is subject to availability and we ask you to please identify yourself as a member of the Club Grand M. When you making your reservations you should be present at the hotel upon check-in to ensure your receive these special benefits.
